Mohegan Sun
Mohegan Sun Casino embraces the Native American Heritage. The casino has a unique, circular architecture with four entrances named for the seasons. Poker, keno, roulette, slots, and more. Live entertainment.

Foxwoods outside view
Looking at Foxwoods Casino from the outside. The sweeping building actually stretches very far length-wise behind this particular shot. The inside decor is very tasteful too.

 

Foxwoods view from inside
This is a view looking outside from Foxwoods on an upper floor. In between tables, you can stroll around the outer rim which wraps around the casino. Sunset is especially gorgeous!

Mohegan spring entrance
New Indian casino built a couple years ago. Above picture is of the Spring Entrance. Traditional native american decor. Center of casino is a perfect circle with tables on the inside and slot machines on the outer rim. Live entertainment. Restaurants and gift shops.

Directions to Foxwoods
from Highway 95:
Take 95 NORTH the entire length of Connecticut until you are nearly into Rhode Island. At Exit 76, take Route 2 NORTH. When you pass the Route 214 intersection, you are almost there and will begin to see signs.


Airports
Best to fly into Providence,
Rhode Island (RI) and rent
a car. Then, simply hop onto
Highway 95 south and take the
third exit after entering Connecticut.


Directions to Mohegan:
From New York : Take I-95 North to Exit 76/I-395 North. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Exit 2, Mohegan Sun Boulevard.

From Boston: Take Mass Pike (I-90) West to I-395 South. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Exit 2, Mohegan Sun Boulevard.

From Providence: Take I-95 South to Exit 84N (Route 32 North). Take Route 32 North to I-395 North. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Exit 2, Mohegan Sun Boulevard.

From Hartford: Take Route 2 East to I-395 South. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Exit 2, Mohegan Sun Boulevard.
